New Report Shows Guccifer 2.0-DNC Files Were Copied Locally—Not Hacked

A mysterious IT specialist, who goes by the name The Forensicator, published a detailed report that appears to disprove the theory that the DNC was hacked by Russia.

The documents were copied on July 5th, five days before Seth Rich was murdered.

The Forensicator summarized the complex report into 10 bullet points.

The report as laid out by The Forensicator:

Maria Bartiromo Was Right – John Podesta Lied About Russia Ties – Time To Open An Investigation

Hillary Clinton’s former campaign manager John Podesta Lied to Fox News’ Maria Bartiromo last week when confronted about his ties to Russia.

Bartiromo brought up Podesta’s ties to the Russians and Podesta said he had none.  Bartiromo also brought up how the Democrats have stronger ties to the Russians.

Maria Bartiromo pointed out to Podesta that it is the DEMOCRATS who have deeper and stronger ties to Russia:

John, I gotta ask you about your own ties to Russian entities. You joined the board of a small energy company in 2011, 2 months later a Russia entity directly funded by the Kremlin invested $35 million in the company. You were given 75,000 shares in a Russian company which you failed to disclose when you became an Obama associate.”

Obama Intel Agencies May Have Spied On Trump Campaign

The Obama administration’s illegal spying may have been worse than Watergate.

In 1972, some employees of President Nixon’s re-election committee were caught when they broke into the Democratic National Committee headquarters to plant a bug. This led to Nixon’s resignation and probably would have led to his felony prosecution had he not been pardoned by his successor, Gerald Ford.

But if a single bugging of the political opposition is enough to bring down a presidency — and maybe lead to an unprecedented criminal prosecution of a former president — then what are we to make of the recently unveiled Obama administration program of massively spying on political opponents in violation of clearly established law?

Because that’s what was unveiled last week.

DNC Lawsuit Exposes Corruption, Data Breaches, Raises Questions About Death Of Shawn Lucas

In June of last year, attorneys Jared Beck and Elizabeth Beck of law firm Beck and Lee filed a class action law suit against the DNC and former chairwomen Debbie Wasserman Schultz. The suit claims that the DNC acted against its charter when it showed demonstrable favoritism towards  Hillary Clinton in the Democratic primary, and failed to secure the data of DNC donors. The suit could have massive significance for the Democratic Party and could have an even wider impact if the origin of the DNC leaks are disclosed in the proceedings.

Attorney Elizabeth Beck described the lawsuit to US Uncut:“We think that the DNC has been running absolutely out of control and completely disregarding their responsibilities, rights, and duties to the public.”

The DNC lawsuit has so far received very little press coverage, despite revealing blatant corruption in the Democratic establishment. The death of Shawn Lucas, a process server who would have been a federal witness for the Becks, added further fuel to speculations of corruption surrounding the case. Jared Beck has also stated that Seth Rich would have been a potential witness in their case.

Seth Rich Family Wants Police To Go Public With Info

The family of deceased Democratic National Committee (DNC) staffer Seth Rich is calling on local police to publicize details of the murder investigation, according to the Daily Mail.

‘The family has full confidence in the Metropolitan Police Department’s ability to proceed with this investigation,” said Brad Bauman, a spokesperson for the family, the Daily Mail reports. “But given the large amount of hearsay and conspiracy theories surrounding the case, maybe it’s time for the police department to be more forthcoming with information regarding the investigation and to update the people of Washington, D.C. on the status of the case.”

Rich, 27, was the voter expansion data director at the DNC, according to Roll Call, and had been employed for two years. Rich also worked on a computer application to help voters locate polling stations, and had just accepted a job with Hillary Clinton’s presidential campaign.

Bar Manager: Cops Never Talked With Staff About Night Seth Rich Was Murdered

A manager of the Washington, D.C., bar where Democratic National Committee worker Seth Rich was last spotted hours before he was shot and killed last summer told WND that D.C. police officers never interviewed the bar’s staff or requested any evidence from the bar, including the bar’s surveillance video from that night, as part of an investigation into Rich’s murder.

The revelation backs up a claim made by a private investigator who worked on the case who said D.C. police were told to “stand down” on the investigation.

WND also can report that the investigator recently was ordered to “cease and desist” his work on the murder case.

“The police never asked for the surveillance video from that night,” a manager of Lou’s City Bar told WND.

His name is being withheld for this story.

He said the bar’s surveillance video runs in a cycle of 30 days and that, by now, any footage that may have existed of Rich the last night he was seen alive has been taped over.

Furthermore, the manager said police never asked for any other kind of evidence from the bar such as Rich’s bar receipt from that night. The manager did note he wasn’t sure if Rich paid using a credit card or cash.
