9 Key Claims In Kushner’s Statement Debunking The Russian ‘Collusion’ Narrative

“Donald Trump had a better message and ran a better campaign, and that is why he won. Suggesting otherwise ridicules those who voted for him.”

On Monday, President Trump’s son-in-law and key advisor Jared Kushner released an 11-page statement systematically debunking the allegations involving him regarding Team Trump’s supposed “collusion” with the Russian government during the campaign and transition. Just after Kushner gave his statement to a Senate investigative committee, he held a press conference outside the White House in which he unequivocally stated that he “did not collude with Russia” nor did he know of anyone in the campaign who did.

“Let me be very clear, I did not collude with Russia nor do I know anyone in the campaign who did so,” Kushner told reporters. “Since the first questions were raised in March, I have been consistent in saying that I was eager to share any information I have with the investigating bodies, and I have done so today. The record and documents I have voluntarily provided will show that all of my actions were proper and occurred in the normal course of events of a very unique campaign.”

In his remarks, he also took a moment to smack the media and the Democrats for using the Russian “collusion” narrative as an attempt to dismiss the success of Trump’s campaign and undermine the legitimacy of the free and fair democratic election.

“Donald Trump had a better message and ran a better campaign, and that is why he won,” Kushner said succinctly. “Suggesting otherwise ridicules those who voted for him.”

Below are the key claims Kushner makes in his 11-page statement.

Kushner: ‘I Did Not Collude…I Have Been Very Transparent

White House Senior Adviser Jared Kushner delivered rare public remarks Monday after providing testimony to the Senate Intelligence Committee on the subject of Russian collusion.

Echoing claims he made in a written statement released Monday morning, Kushner contended that he has not acted inappropriately with Russia and has been fully transparent throughout the investigation into Trump’s campaign.

“Since the first questions were raised in March I have been consistent in saying that I have been eager to share any information I have with the investigating bodies, and I have done so today,” Kushner said during his public statement at the White House. “The records and documents I have voluntarily provided will show that all of my actions were proper and occurred in the normal course of events in a very unique campaign.”

NSA Officials And Computer Expert: Forensic Evidence Proves DNC Emails Were LEAKED, Not Hacked

MEMORANDUM FOR: The President

FROM: Veteran Intelligence Professionals for Sanity (VIPS)

SUBJECT: Was the “Russian Hack” an Inside Job?

Executive Summary

Forensic studies of “Russian hacking” into Democratic National Committee computers last year reveal that on July 5, 2016, data was leaked (not hacked) by a person with physical access to DNC computers, and then doctored to incriminate Russia.

After examining metadata from the “Guccifer 2.0” July 5, 2016 intrusion into the DNC server, independent cyber investigators have concluded that an insider copied DNC data onto an external storage device, and that “telltale signs” implicating Russia were then inserted.

Key among the findings of the independent forensic investigations is the conclusion that the DNC data was copied onto a storage device at a speed that far exceeds an Internet capability for a remote hack. Of equal importance, the forensics show that the copying and doctoring were performed on the East coast of the U.S. Thus far, mainstream media have ignored the findings of these independent studies [see here and here].

Independent analyst Skip Folden, a retired IBM Program Manager for Information Technology US, who examined the recent forensic findings, is a co-author of this Memorandum. He has drafted a more detailed technical report titled “Cyber-Forensic Investigation of ‘Russian Hack’ and Missing Intelligence Community Disclaimers,” and sent it to the offices of the Special Counsel and the Attorney General. VIPS member William Binney, a former Technical Director at the National Security Agency, and other senior NSA “alumni” in VIPS attest to the professionalism of the independent forensic findings.

The recent forensic studies fill in a critical gap. Why the FBI neglected to perform any independent forensics on the original “Guccifer 2.0” material remains a mystery – as does the lack of any sign that the “hand-picked analysts” from the FBI, CIA, and NSA, who wrote the “Intelligence Community Assessment” dated January 6, 2017, gave any attention to forensics.

Kushner Releases 11-Page Statement: Denies Collusion, Confirms Four Meetings With Russians

Ahead of his closed-door meeting with the Senate Intelligence Committee at 10am, Jared Kushner released an 11-page statement which confirmed four contacts with Russians during his father-in-law’s presidential campaign or after the election, but described the encounters as unmemorable and denied colluding with the Russian government to help Donald Trump win the election.

The Senate Intelligence Committee is investigating Russian meddling in the 2016 campaign, including whether Trump’s campaign colluded with a Russian government effort to tip the election toward Trump.

Man Behind Trump “Dossier” Subpoenaed After Refusing To Testify, Will Plead The Fifth

For all the talk of obstruction and interference by the Trump camp, it’s neither Donald Trump Jr. nor Paul Manafort who are challenging their scheduled testimony in the Senate next Wednesday, but rather the man who according to many started the whole “Trump Russia collusion” narrative, who is doing everything in his power to avoid testifying next week.

On Friday, attorneys for Glenn Simpson, a former WSJ reporter who now runs the infamous Washington political intelligence firm Fusion GPS – best known for compiling the salacious “dossier” of unverified research about President Trump – told the Senate Judiciary Committee in a letter that their client was on vacation through July 31 and traveling abroad through August 3, and would be unavailable for next week’s hearing. Perhaps for writers of opposition research fiction, vacations take precedence over being summoned to Congress.

Tucker Carlson SLAMS Mueller Probe “Mission Creep”; “Massive Threat To The White House”

Fox News’ Tucker Carlson slammed the Mueller investigation Friday evening in his monologue. Tucker called the Mueller probe a “mission creep” and a massive threat to the White House.

Robert Mueller was appointed Special Counsel due to a plot that fired FBI Director Comey hatched when he leaked the contents of his memos to the press through a friend. This entire investigation is a witch hunt and a sham and it needs to end.

President of Judicial Watch, Tom Fitton has repeatedly called the Mueller probe ‘out of control’ and ‘unconstitutional’. Fitton also said that this probe is merely a way to jail Trump and his family members.

DIRTY TRICKS: Mueller Plotting To Flip Paul Manafort Against POTUS

From day one, the appointment of Robert Mueller as Special Counsel prompted major red flags. Mueller’s relationship with former FBI Director James Comey along with him building a team of pro-Hillary Clinton investigators simply cannot be ignored.

Reuters is now reporting that two anonymous sources (no surprise there), say investigators are plotting to flip Trump’s former campaign manager Paul Manafort to use as leverage against President Trump.
