How The Full Declassification Of This FISA Warrant Could Trigger The ‘Great Awakening’

  • The Facts:A full declassification of the FISA warrant on Carter Page that authorized the FBI to spy on the Trump campaign before the 2016 elections may hold the key to uncovering crimes perpetrated by Deep State players in the American political arena.
  • Reflect On:Is the ‘Great Awakening’ all about the political efforts of ‘patriots’ trying to reveal the truth behind hidden partisan maneuvers? Or is it something more that we all play an active role in?

If, like me, you do not follow the current machinations in American politics on a comprehensive basis, but you are rather just trying to get the gist of what is going on underneath the deception and posturing, then the names and events that have come flooding forward can be somewhat overwhelming, and hard to distinguish. Take the ‘Russia Collusion’ narrative: We have Mueller. Rosenstein. Sessions. Nunes. Comey. Manafort. Flynn. Page (Carter or Lisa?). Strzok. McCabe. Steele. Ohr. Papadopoulos. And the list of ancillary players goes on. Can you distinguish all these players and their roles…?

Could Papadopoulos Blow The Russia Hoax Wide Open?

Dan Bongino recently conducted a fascinating interview with George Papadopoulos. The most convenient way to digest the interview is at Jeff Carlson’s blog, which has a link to the interview on Bongino’s radio show as well as a full transcript of the interview. What emerges from the interview is, in my view, convincing evidence that Papadopoulos was, in Chuck Ross’s words, the target of an “FBI sting.”

Actually, that characterization doesn’t even go far enough. What seems clear at this point is that the FBI — representing the US Government and as an agency of the Department of Justice — targeted Papadopoulos and attempted to manipulate him into appearing to be a vehicle for Russian influence in the Trump campaign. The FBI had no reason to believe that Papadopoulos had any connections to Russian officials before they targeted him. The fact is, Papadopoulos’s academic background and previous experience was in what could be broadly termed “Eastern Mediterranean” politics — Greece, Turkey, Cyprus, Israel. Moreover, in his published writings he actually evinced a degree of hostility to Russian influence in that region….

Are The New Allegations That Trump Directed Payoffs To Mistresses A Big Deal?

According to a new report from The Wall Street Journal, President Trump was intimately involved in payoff attempts toward various sexual partners during the 2016 election. The Journal reports that Trump worked with David Pecker, chief executive of the National Enquirer, to quash stories about Trump’s paramours; he also worked with personal attorney Michael Cohen to pay women hush money.

But we already knew much of this. The only question is whether Trump knowinglyviolated federal campaign finance law, as Richard Hasen, law professor at University of California at Irvine, explains….

Trump Played Key Role In Coordinating Hush Money Payments To Daniels, McDougal

President Trump was heavily involved during his presidential campaign in silencing the stories of women who claimed to have extramarital affairs with him, according to a report from The Wall Street Journal that contradicts repeated denials from Trump.

Federal prosecutors have gathered evidence that Trump worked with his friend and media executive David Pecker to use the National Enquirer tabloid to buy the silence of adult-film star Stormy Daniels and former Playboy model Karen McDougal, according to interviews the Journal had with three dozen people with knowledge of the transactions….

Democrats Crying Foul Over Sessions’ Replacement

  • Acting Attorney General Matthew Whitaker has made comments disagreeing with aspects of the Mueller probe and it’s driving Democrats crazy.
  • Sen. Chuck Schumer (D-NY) is already calling for Whitaker to recuse himself from his oversight position on the Mueller investigation.

Attorney General Jeff Sessions tendered his resignation on Wednesday at the request of President Trump, and his acting replacement, Matthew Whitaker, is alarming Democrats and Special Counsel Robert Mueller loyalists across the country.

Whitaker, 48, joined the Department of Justice as Sessions’ chief of staff in October 2017 and has previously spoken out against the Mueller investigation and the handling of Hillary Clinton’s email investigation, leading to many Democrats already calling for his recusal from the Russia investigation….

Jeff Sessions’s Attorney General Role To Be Filled By Matthew Whitaker

Matthew Whitaker is well credentialed and an excellent choice to assume the duties of attorney general.

Is Matthew Whitaker a placeholder who can manage Special Counsel Robert Mueller until President Trump decides on a permanent successor for ousted Attorney General Jeff Sessions? It’s possible, but it’s also conceivable that Mr. Whitaker’s temporary gig as acting attorney general is an audition for the job. Feeling like he’s been burned once, and then saddled for the better part of two years with an AG he could no longer abide, the president may want a trial run before he settles on a “permanent” replacement….

Trump “Seriously” Considering Declassifying Key Russia Investigation Documents

Congressional members say the declassification would expose extensive evidence of abuse by the FBI and FISC

President Donald Trump said Wednesday that he is “seriously” considering declassifying a slew of documents requested by former Republican House leaders investigating the FBI’s handling of the Russia probe. Trump was pummeled with questions during a rancorous White House press briefing where he congratulated Republicans for winning Senate races and said he hoped to work with the new Democratic House leadership….
