Tucker Carlson SLAMS Mueller Probe “Mission Creep”; “Massive Threat To The White House”

Fox News’ Tucker Carlson slammed the Mueller investigation Friday evening in his monologue. Tucker called the Mueller probe a “mission creep” and a massive threat to the White House.

Robert Mueller was appointed Special Counsel due to a plot that fired FBI Director Comey hatched when he leaked the contents of his memos to the press through a friend. This entire investigation is a witch hunt and a sham and it needs to end.

President of Judicial Watch, Tom Fitton has repeatedly called the Mueller probe ‘out of control’ and ‘unconstitutional’. Fitton also said that this probe is merely a way to jail Trump and his family members.

DIRTY TRICKS: Mueller Plotting To Flip Paul Manafort Against POTUS

From day one, the appointment of Robert Mueller as Special Counsel prompted major red flags. Mueller’s relationship with former FBI Director James Comey along with him building a team of pro-Hillary Clinton investigators simply cannot be ignored.

Reuters is now reporting that two anonymous sources (no surprise there), say investigators are plotting to flip Trump’s former campaign manager Paul Manafort to use as leverage against President Trump.

Judicial Watch: Mueller Probe Is A Political Effort To Jail Trump And His Family

President of Judicial Watch, Tom Fitton is one of the loudest voices calling for the end of the Mueller probe. He says the probe is out of control, unsupervised and unconstitutional.

In a recent interview with The Daily Signal, Fitton said the Mueller probe is “a political effort to jail the president and his family because people don’t like him.” Fitton is absolutely correct. The Democrats will not stop until Trump, his family members and people in his administration are put in jail.

Fitton also said, “Sessions should un-recuse himself and get rid of Mueller.”

Fired FBI Director, Comey admitted to leaking memos to the press to prompt a special counsel, so why is this investigation still going? Mueller has to go!

IT BEGINS: POTUS Legal Team Readying BATTLE PLAN Against OUT OF CONTROL Mueller Probe

Tensions between President Trump and Special Counsel Robert Mueller are heating up.

In a New York Times interview, the President warned Mueller would be crossing a red line if his family’s finances were probed. Bloomberg came out with a report today, outlining Mueller’s plan to investigation the Trump Organization. The Washington Post now claims that President Trump’s legal team are exploring ways to “scale back” Mueller’s investigation. This is great news, considering many believe Mueller is not an independent arbiter of the investigation and is abusing his power by investigating trivial business transactions.

Mueller’s Investigation Must Be Limited And Accountable

How much goalpost moving should be tolerable in the Trump-Russia collusion investigation?

Remember, we started with an allegation that the Trump campaign may have been complicit in the Putin regime’s “cyber-espionage”—i.e., the hacking our intelligence agencies have concluded that Russian government operatives carried out against email accounts tied to Democrats. The investigation took a more serious turn last week, when it was revealed that Trump campaign officials met in June 2016 with a suspected emissary of the Putin regime. Yet, there is currently no basis to believe that meeting had anything to do with hacking. So, while the meeting warrants investigation, the original allegation is no closer to being proved.

Of course, it is certainly possible for a political campaign and a foreign government to engage jointly in unsavory behavior that does not rise to the level of crime. The less objectionable the behavior, however, the further afield we would be from the egregious allegation that prompted the investigation in the first place. Unless one is a rank partisan whose goal is to damage the president (rather than hold him accountable for actual, significant wrongdoing), this should be a matter of concern. Investigations are debilitating. They erode an administration’s ability to govern.

Do Trump’s Enemies Finally Have Their Smoking Gun?

The latest twist to the Russia affair foretells legal trouble for the president and the president’s men.

President Trump’s enemies think they have found the smoking gun—or at least some telltale powder residue. The New York Times reports that not only did Donald Trump Jr. meet with “a Russian lawyer who has connections to the Kremlin” during last year’s campaign, but that Trump fils knew that the meeting was part of a Russian effort to help his father’s campaign by supplying dirt on Hillary Clinton. This contradicts Trump Jr.’s account of the meeting, which he said was about international adoptions and the Magnitsky Act. Vox News and other liberal outlets have readily speculated that Trump Jr. may have committed a federal crime by seeking to obtain an in-kind campaign contribution—information—from a foreign source.

Trump Jr. insists he learned nothing about Clinton from the meeting, which did in fact focus mostly on adoptions. The Magnitsky sanctions against Russian officials certainly have been an acute irritation to Moscow; it takes no feat of imagination to conceive of a go-between for the Kremlin making Magnitsky matters a prime topic of discussion. So can anyone prove that there’s more to the story? By itself, the meeting is not much more incriminating than Trump père’s explicit calls during the campaign for Russia to release Clinton’s private-server emails. (“Russia, if you’re listening, I hope you’ll be able to find the 30,000 emails that are missing,” candidate Trump said last July 27. “I think you’ll probably be rewarded mightily by our press.”)

Lawyer Who Leaked Comey Memos Speaks: “They Were Not Marked Classified”

One day after The Hill reported that “more than half” of Comey’s leaked memos of his conversations with Donald Trump contained classified information, the Columbia University Law School professor, confidant of former FBI Director James Comey, and ultimately leaker to the NYT has spoken up, and in taking another page out of Hillary Clinton’s playbook, countered the accusation that Comey violated FBI protocol because none of the memos were marked classified.

According to CNN, Daniel Richman, with whom Comey shared at least one memo the contents of which Richman shared with New York Times reporter Michael Schmidt, said President Trump was wrong in accusing Comey of sharing classified information with journalists.

“No memo was given to me that was marked ‘classified,'” Daniel Richman told CNN. “No memo was passed on to the Times.”

Well, not quite: Richman did share the contents of one memo, he said, but “the substance of the memo passed on to the Times was not marked classified and to my knowledge remains unclassified.”
