Mark Levin Gets Right to the Point: DOJ Can’t Indict Trump

Constitutional lawyer, author, and talk radio host Mark Levin said word that the Special Counsel may look into alleged obstruction of justice by President Donald Trump is a non-starter, and here’s why.

Levin explained on his radio program and on Fox News’s “Hannity” on Tuesday evening that, according to Justice Department policy, pursuing a criminal indictment against a sitting president is illegal because it “destroys” the separation of powers.

He cited two memos, one from 1973 and another from 2000, from the Justice Department’s Office of Legal Counsel, which concluded a president can’t be held criminally liable.
